No. Once finalized, a document is permanently locked. If you need a correction, create a new document. The original stays intact in the audit trail.
After finalizing, tap “Download PDF.” You can also tap “Copy Link” to generate a shareable URL for any finalized document. Download from your document history at any time and share directly with your bank, accountant, or attorney.
A yearly governance document that confirms officers, authorizes banking, ratifies actions, and affirms good standing. It is the first document courts look for when evaluating whether an LLC maintained corporate formalities.
A standalone document authorizing a specific action. Minutes.llc offers 25+ resolution types across categories including Financial (distributions, banking, loans, expenses), Governance (add or remove members, appoint managers, amend operating agreements), and Operations (approve contracts, authorize insurance, ratify prior actions). Banks, lenders, and courts routinely require formal resolutions before processing transactions or evaluating LLC compliance.
Your LLC Protection Score is a governance health grade (A through F) for each company. It evaluates whether you have signed documents, a current Annual Written Consent, a complete company profile, and documented members. Each factor earns points toward a score out of 100. The Score page shows exactly what’s missing and gives you one-tap actions to fix it.
Minutes.llc offers 25+ resolution types organized by category: Financial, Governance, Operations, and more. Every LLC owner starts with an Annual Written Consent — the single most important governance document. From there, create resolutions for banking, distributions, contracts, officer changes, loans, and more.
When finalizing a document, you can check “Include Digital Company Seal on PDF” to add a professional corporate seal to your document. The seal includes your company’s legal name, state of formation, and a formal legal seal design. Government agencies, banks, and courts recognize digital corporate seals as markers of formal governance.
On any finalized document, tap “Copy Link” to generate a secure shareable URL. Anyone with the link can view and download the PDF without needing a Minutes.llc account. You can also tap “Share” to use your device’s native share options, or “Download PDF” to save a local copy.

A cryptographic fingerprint generated when your document is finalized. If even one character changes, the hash changes completely. This proves the document hasn’t been altered since you signed it.
Three layers: (1) SHA-256 hash proves no alterations, (2) immutable audit trail records every action with timestamps, and (3) the offshore-stored original serves as the authoritative copy.
